  If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They told us multiple times they'd be here between 1 and 5 for our installation, it is now almost 6 and we still have not heard from anyone regarding our appointment. We have called several times throughout the day and have gotten no responses. My husband and I both took off full days of work to have our home ready for the installation... this company is clearly inconsiderate of its customers' schedules and operates in a very unprofessional manner. Moral of the story, don't use this company unless you want to waste your time.
